Job Description
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing specialist to join our team and drive growth for our furniture business, focusing on bedrooms, dining sets, and upholstery products.
In this role, you will work directly with clients, generate new business opportunities, and support marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales in the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Drive sales across bedrooms, dining sets, and upholstery product lines.
- Manage and expand sales channels including showrooms, dealers, wholesale, and project sales.
- Build brand awareness through campaigns, promotions, and market activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer and partner relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Coordinate with production and management to align commercial plans with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous managerial experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in furniture, home furnishing, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage both strategic planning and daily commercial operations.
