We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for woodworking and furniture manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will ensure maximum equipment availability, minimize production downtime, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the highest safety standards across the factory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Lead and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.
- Diagnose equipment failures and ensure rapid resolution.
- Monitor corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and KPIs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards.
- Improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in furniture or woodworking factories.
- Knowledge of PLC and VFD systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CNC Wood Routers.
- Experience with Edge Banding and Beam Saw machines.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Experience with Dust Collection and Vacuum systems.
- Forklift and material handling equipment knowledge.
- Continuous improvement and cost reduction experience.
